Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn.
• Be unused.
• Be unwashed.
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Earrings
• Jewellery used or worn
• Underwear
• Swimwear (where hygiene seals have been removed)
• Gift Cards
• Sale or Clearance Items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• A replacement
• An exchange
• A full refund

Refunds

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
• If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within one (1) week.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
• If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as MINAÈ Apparel cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
