Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate.
• MINAÈ Apparel cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. MINAÈ Apparel shall not be liable for such delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
