We offer two shipping options for domestic orders within Nigeria:
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination but typically take 7-14 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our order tracking page or directly on the courier's website.
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain locations. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
